YogaMind provides private yoga and meditation services in Toronto, London (UK) and via Zoom. If you are looking to improve your physical and mental health, interpersonal relationships, and manage stress, then you are in the right place. The latest neuro science is indisputable in proving the benefits of meditation and the power of breath work. We offer one-to-one attention to ensure a unique experience and successful outcomes. Our focus is based on the latest research as well as the science of ancient Eastern traditions.

Since stepping into her first yoga class in 1988 and her first meditation session in 2011, Meredith Fellowes has understood the benefits of mindfulness through yoga and meditation. That feeling of being alive, yet calm and filled with energy is what drove her to launch YogaMind in 2016. She believes firmly in the “practice what you preach” method and brings a unique and determined energy to her teaching. 

With over 30 years of experience and training, Meredith provides a combination of teaching and practice to make the yoga and meditation experience accessible and understandable to even her most beginner clients. Meredith teaches from a deep knowledge base. She provides hands on instruction to help her students experience greater awareness and acceptance of their bodies, thoughts and emotions.

CERTIFICATIONS

Meredith has well over a 1,000 hours of yoga training with various teachers across North America. She completed her first yoga teacher certification in 1992 and achieved her Anusara teacher certification in 2007. Some of her most recent trainings include: 

  • 2023 - 21 days of Breathwork, The Breath Space, London UK

  • 2017 - 2019: Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) Teacher in Training in the UCSD Mindfulness-Based Professional Training Institute (MBPTI) 

  • 2017: completed the MBPTI 6-day MBSR training program 

  • 2016: 14-hour Anatomy, Biomechanics and Breath workshop with Ray Long, MD 

  • 2017: Applied Specialization in Mindfulness Meditation, the University of Toronto, Continuing Education 

  • 2015: 9-month Advanced Meditation Training, LivingMeditation.org
